Job Summary

You will be joining our accounts department based at our Head Office assisting the current Sales ledger team who are responsible for carrying out the duties listed below. It is essential you possess a flexible and positive can-do attitude, along with a willingness to learn and be part of a team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coding cash receipts and processing to the sales ledger.
  • Monthly statements generated and sent to customers.
  • Opening new accounts on the system.
  • Processing credit applications, obtaining credit reports and references.
  • Dealing with day-to-day queries and requests.
  • Chasing overdue debts.

Person Specification

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience with Keyloop Autoline (Not essential)
  • Competent computer skills including excel.
  • Good communication skills
  • Must have a responsible and mature attitude and able to work independently with minimal supervision to deadlines.
