 Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or someone looking for a career in administration to join a successful brand and exciting dealer group. The successful candidate will be given training and progression opportunities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • To prepare, process and invoice warranty claims following strict company and manufacturing guidelines.
  • Monitoring claim status to final payments.

Person Specification

  • Warranty or Service background would be beneficial.
  • Vehicle technical knowledge would be beneficial.
  • Autoline / Kerridge experience would be beneficial.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Enthusiastic.
  • Approachable.
  • Able to resolve problems.
  • Outstanding organisation skills.
  • Good clear telephone manner.
