Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To prepare, process and invoice warranty claims following strict company and manufacturing guidelines.
- Monitoring claim status to final payments.

- Warranty or Service background essential..
- Vehicle technical knowledge essential.
- Autoline / Kerridge experience would be beneficial.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Enthusiastic.
- Approachable.
- Able to resolve problems.
- Outstanding organisation skills.
- Good clear telephone manner.
